The first garden centre (1500 sq.m.) will be located in the nearest Moscow suburbs on the New Ryazan highway in 40 km from MKAD in a lively place near to crossing of the small Moscow Ring and the New Ryazan highway. The total area of the garden centre territory is 2 Ga.

The structure of the garden centre will include a restaurant, a children's playground, a grocery shop and the garden shopping centre with a big variety of goods for creating cosiness and order in a garden. There will be the wide choice of wooden fences, panels, floorings, terraces, pavilions and garden furniture. Garden street textiles, garden tools and accessories for a decor in a garden will be presented as well. And also the big choice of garden houses, summer kitchens, economic small houses and other products. In the garden centre there will be some demonstration compositions – ideas for a garden are provided.

In adjoining territory will be a spacious parking with a total area of 1000 squares on 70 places. The parking part during the winter period will be used as a skating rink.
